森。かくれんぼをしてイタチを探すサスケだがイタチを見つけるも分身の術で逃げる
(In the woods) While playing hide and seek, Sasuke is looking for Itachi. He finds Itachi who uses bunshin no jutsu to get away.

夜。夕食を食べながらサスケは父に「今日かくれんぼしたんだけど分身の術で逃げるのはずるいよ ね！？」
(Evening) While eating dinner Sasuke asks his dad, "We played hide and seek today but I think using bunshin no jutsu to run away is sly!"
父「ほう…もう分身が使えるのか」
Father: Oh, he can use already make a bunshin?
サスケ「……」「今度オレにも分身教えて！」母「宿題」
Sasuke: Teach me bunshin too!

左目から血が出てる
マダラがイタチがお前に与えた新しい力はそれだ、で目のアップでイタチのマンゲ模様

マダラがまた話出す
デイダラをサスケにしかけてサスケを弱らせた
すぐイタチと戦わせて簡単に大蛇丸を出すためとか
術を渡すには素のままのサスケじゃないとだめだったからイタチも必死だったそうだ
サスケ「いらない」って呟いて呟い
アップで「いらないよこんな力」ってブルブルする
「オレのために？」「自ら殺されに来ただと…？」「嘘に決まってる！」ブルブル
気持ちの整理が必要なようだとか言ってマダラが奥に行く
鍵だと？ そんなもの覚えがない
「オレの目だ…オレの」のイタチを思い出して
最期にイタチが小声で「これが鍵だ」って言ってる

Translation:

Blood is coming from the left eye

サスケがイタチが大蛇丸を倒した場面を思い出す
Sasuke remember the scene Itachi took down Orochimaru.

そしてサスケの首を見て
(Madara or Sasuke) see the Sasuke’s neck.

マダラ「呪印からの解放。そしてもっとも親しい者の死……お前にマン毛を開眼させる戦いでもあ った」「あれ はすべてイタチの仕組んだ戦いだった。お前の眼を奪う芝居を最後まで演じきってな」

マダラ「さっきも言ったがそれも嘘だ。お前に真実が伝わるのをイタチは恐れていた」「その可能 性を残さぬよ うにお前にオレを信用させない為嘘をつき、天照までも仕込んだ」
Madara: It’s a lie, as I said earlier. Itachi was afraid that you know the truth. To make sure of this, he lied to make you not to believe me and even implanted Amateras.

サスケ「信じられるか！イタチは悪だ！暁に染まった犯罪者だ！」
Sasuke: I can’t believe it! Itachi is evil. He is criminal who soaked in Akatsuki.

マダラ「ただ一人決してぬぐえぬ罪を背負い里を抜けてなお暁に入り込み里にとって危険な組織を 内側から見張 っていた……常に里を想いながら……そしてお前のことを……お前を守る約束をした３代目が死ん でイタチはす ぐ木の葉に姿を表した」
Madara: He left the village alone with guilty which never be cleaned. He entered Akatsuki that is dangerous to the village to observe it from inside. He always thought about the village…and you. Shortly after the third Hokage who promised to protect you died, Itachi appeared at the leaf village.

「里の上層部にオレは生きていると忠告するためだった……お前の事をなにより「やめろぉ！！う そだ！全部― ―」
That was to show that he is alive and to worn the top of the village. He thought you above all…

まだら「なぜならお前は生きている！」
Madara: Because you are alive!

Hmm. Sasuke and Itachi cover.

Sasuke becomes silent, and so does Madara.

The scene shifts back to Naruto and co. A hawk drops off a letter, and after Yamato and Kakashi read it, everybody is told to go back to Konoha.

The scene shifts back to Sasuke. Sasuke asks Madara what Akatsuki is. After a moment of silence, Madara responds that Akatsuki is a small organization with official recognition by a country.

Akatsuki is an organization prepared by the Fire Country for renegade ninja.

凸ピンの回想が入る。 . 。 . マダラがイタチは病におかされていて長くないからサスケと戦い最後に力を与える事にしたと言う 。 . マンゲの開眼はマンゲを持つものを殺す事で開眼すると話。 . サスケが頭を抱えて叫びサスケの目がマンゲになって終わり。

Madara says that because Itachi was sick, Itachi couldn’t fight long. Before the end of the battle, Itachi gave his powers to Sasuke. One’s Mangekyou is opened when one kills another with Mangekyou (something like that?). Sasuke starts screaming, and at the end Sasuke’s eyes becomes Mangekyou.

サスケ「…」歪んだ顔
マダラ「…あれは、聞き間違いだったとでも言うのか」
サスケ「！！！！！」

イタチに勝った瞬間の回想、倒れこむイタチの　「ｺﾞﾆｮｺﾞﾆｮｺﾞﾆｮ」という部分が書き こまれてる

イタチ「…よくぞここまで強くなったな、我が弟よ……」

反転サスケ
「～～～～～～～～～～」なんかよくわからん声

外景　暁アジトの一部が　　ドォン！！！　と噴煙あげる

煙たつ中、パラパラ落ちる岩のかけらの中でうっすらシルエットと顔だけはわかるサスケ、今までと違う形態に 変わって
禍々しいオーラ(？)みたいなのを放ってる、それを見るマダラの目のアップ、
マダラ｢ふふふ…｣
サスケの目から黒い(血の、と思われる)涙

そのアップに数コマ、真っ黒から引いていくと雨の中の捜索隊。

ナルト｢イヤな雨だってばよ｣
(ここでなぜ)キバ｢ああ…｣
｢黒色に見えるな…｣

で来週

That spoiler just posted basically starts with madara in a flashback asking why Itachi spared sasuke / left one alive… Itachi claims that he left sasuke alive to grow into his spare pair of eyes / EMS power, etc. After that there’s an explosion or something like that, and you see Naruto and Kiba showing up at the safehouse where madara is keeping sasuke and the rest of the rescue party is close behind… and supposedly the end of chapter shows sasuke start to bleed from his eye again.
