Ichigo Kurosaki

Ichigo is the main character in Bleach that the story is focused towards. He is 15 years old and has strong orange hair. Ichigo does not care what others think about him and enjoys beating up bullies. Ichigo can see spirits easily and his first encounter with a soul reaper was with Rukia Kuchiki. He lives with his father, Isshin Kurosaki and two sisters.

Isshin Kurosaki

Isshin Kurosaki is the father of Ichigo, Karin and Yuzu. In the beginning of bleach, he is portrayed as a kind, keen and over energetic father. He takes it too far most of the time which results in comical scenes such as him kicking Ichigo. He loves watching Don Kanoji’s tv show. At times Isshin can be serious, like on the anniversary of his wifes death. He would smoke one cigarrete in memorial of that, because she thought it looked cool when they dated in high school.

Karin Kurosaki

Karin is the daughter of Isshin Kurosaki and sister to Ichigo. Compared to her sister, Yuzu, Karin is more affirmative and loudly spoken. She is a soccer player and has a powerful kick. She initally says that souls do not exist, although she can see just like Ichigo can.

Yuzu Kurosaki

Yuzu is also the daughter of Isshin Kurosaki and sister to Ichigo. She is the soft spoken sister out of the two. She is usually found doing house work and cooking daily. She can only see spirits faintly from a distance.

Masaki Kurosaki

Masaki is the deceased mother of Ichigo Kurosaki. She was born on June 9th and died on June 17th. She died while Ichigo was a child and her death still affects Ichigo to this day. Originally, Ichigo did not know how she died but later on he comes across a hollow, called the Grand Fisher and finds out he was responsible.
